On November 23, the commencement ceremony of the Fourth National Health Commission Economic Management Leading Talent Project was held at Beijing National Accounting Institute. He Jinguo, director of the finance department of the National Health Commission, Qin Rongsheng, president of BNAI, Wang Xinxiang, deputy director of the social security department of the Ministry of Finance, and Xu Huan, deputy director of the personnel department of the National Health Commission, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.

The leading talent project was launched in November 2017. A total of 60 trainees successfully completed all training and assessment, and won the certificate of " Leading Talent of Economic Management in Health Industry". During the three-year training period, the trainees have achieved fruitful results, who have chaired or participated in  216 research subjects and the acceleration of 103 major projects, published 167 books and papers in the national core journals, won 147 commendations and honors at various levels, with 22 among the trainees promoted to higher positions, showing the innovative and leading role of the leading talents.
