On December 13, 2020, the "Fiscal and Taxation Governance of Digital Economy under the New Development Blueprint" Forum was held successfully at Beijing National Accounting Institute. The meeting was held online and offline. Well-known international and domestic experts on finance and taxation, including Pascal Saint Amans, director of the Tax Policy and Management Center of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Zhang Zhiyong, member of the CPPCC National Committee, chairman of China International Taxation Research Institute, and former deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation, Qin Rongsheng, member of the CPPCC National Committee and president of BNAI, delivered keynote speeches. More than 300 representatives from financial and taxation authorities, universities, large enterprises, tax consulting agencies and news media attended the meeting.

The forum was divided into two sessions. The first session focused on "Fiscal and Taxation Governance of Digital Economy under the New Development Blueprint", while the second session focused on "Research on the International Taxation Rules of Economic Digitalization". Experts and scholars at the meeting discussed the ways of fiscal and taxation governance of digital economy under the new development blueprint, and pledged to commit themselves to promoting the digital transformation of the fiscal and taxation governance system, boosting the high-quality economic development in the digital age, and advancing the construction of a new pattern of development.
