In December 2020, Professor Li Xuhong of Beijing National Accounting Institute was successfully selected for the special allowance of the State Council of 2020. In July 2005, Prof. Li joined BNAI faculty to engage in teaching and scientific research. She is currently the dean of the taxation department and director of the Institute of Finance and Taxation Policy and Application of BNAI. She has dedicated to the field of fiscal and taxation policy research in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and other government departments, serving the practice of reform and providing decision-making support.
