On September 2, Li Guoliang, vice chairman of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, led a team to BNAI to visit Zhang Fengling, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee and Secretary General of the CPC committee of BNAI, and had a discussion and exchange with Qin Rongsheng, president of BNAI and heads of relevant departments.

Li highly praised BNAI's contribution to the cultivation of high-end financial and economic talents in Hainan Province and the economic development of Hainan Province, and expressed willingness of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC to play an active platform role in bridging cooperation to promote broader and in-depth exchanges and cooperation between BNAI and Hainan Province.
