On November 28, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Beijing National Accounting Institute and the Department of Finance of Hainan Province was held in Haikou, Hainan.

Zhang Fengling, Secretary General of the CPC committee of BNAI, and Cai Qiang, Director of the Department of Finance of Hainan Province, signed the agreement and delivered speeches on behalf of the two sides respectively. Before the signing ceremony, BNAI issued a letter of appointment to Director Cai, inviting him to be a member of the Strategic Advisory Committee of BNAI.
